You can request a return for a limited time after purchase from your account order page. Select the order that you wish to return, and click the button "Request Return." Select the item(s) you wish to return from the order, and the quantities if applicable. Then, select a reason for the return of the item. Feel free to leave a comment with any additional information regarding your return. Once return request is submitted, your request will be subject to approval. Please allow 1-2 business days for approval. Once approved, you will receive an email with a return shipping label. Please repack and ship us your return. Once received by us and upon inspection of product condition, you will receive a refund or credit for your returned item.

NOTICE: Returns are subject to return shipping fees and may vary based on the item. The return window is limited, and any item will be considered final sale and unable to be returned if the return window is closed.

You can request an exchange the same way you request a return (see details above). When submitting your request, please include a note specifying that you'd like to exchange the item, along with the item you'd like to receive in exchange.

Once your request is submitted, our team will follow up with you for any additional details needed to complete the exchange.

Yes, but there are exceptions. We understand that sometimes plans change. While we do our best to process and ship orders quickly, there’s a limited window to make adjustments once an order has been placed.

Before your order ships, you may be able to:

• Cancel the entire order
• Cancel individual items
• Change the delivery address

Once an order has shipped, no changes can be made. If you need to request an update or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible using our contact form.
