Refund policy
Return/Exchange Time Frame:
A request to return or exchange any items must submitted within 7 days from the date the order is delivered to the customers address.
Eligibility:
All items must be unused and in original condition, or in original packaging if applicable. All tags must also remain attached to product, no exceptions. Not all items are eligible for return or exchange, exclusions may apply. (See final sale items below)
Final Sale Items:
All post season/dated & specialty items, traded/released player items, customized jerseys, and clearance items (30% off or more) are FINAL SALE, and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. All items with Final Sale listed in the description, title, and/or tagging are FINAL SALE AND INELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE.
Return Process:
Customers may request a return for an item from their account order page. Select the "Request Return" button on the order and select which items (and quantities if applicable) that need to be returned. Select the reason for return, and if needed leave a comment on the return giving further detail. Finally, submit your request. Please allow up to 48 hours for approval. Once approved, you will receive a return label in your email. Print the return label and repack your item(s) being returned and ship it back to us. Once we receive your return, and all items are inspected and approved, we will issue your refund/store credit if applicable. Returns are subject to return shipping fees.

Price Matching:
Sports Town does not partake in any form of price matching with other retailers. Item pricing is final once purchased by a customer, and cannot be partially refunded to match a previous or future discounted price.
Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
