COVID-19 UPDATE

In accordance with Governor Sisolak’s mandate, Phase two began Friday, May 29. Downtown Summerlin falls under the category of an open air mall and businesses that meet Phase two criteria are permitted to open at this time. It is the individual tenants decision to open or remain closed if they meet criteria. We encourage all patrons to keep a physical distance of 6 feet on property and while not required, face coverings are strongly encouraged. Face coverings are required in all tenant spaces and while in-line to enter a space effective Friday, June 26th. Additional requirements may be asked within a business or One Summerlin at the tenant requests.
